The Congress * DZWINNER 2017 *, the congress for the best of the best workers of Ukraine call centers, convened by the All-Ukrainian Association of Contact Centers of Ukraine to improve skills, share experiences and draw prizes.
Over one hundred participants from nine cities of Ukraine exchanged stories from practice, got acquainted with new programs for call centers and a new headset from one of the sponsors of the congress – the company * Jubra *. And after, a contest was held for the most effective employees, in which they played various prizes: from audio equipment to vouchers!
